• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

We use Google Maps to display and track your movement during rides. Google Maps may collect information from your device, including your location, to provide these services.
• Phone Book (Contacts List) Information: We may access your contacts to enable you to share your ride details with them, to facilitate ride booking for others, and to improve the user experience.
• SMS Services: We may access your SMS services to facilitate automatic reading of one-time passwords (OTPs) for user authentication and other verification processes.
• Email Address: We collect your email address for account registration, communication purposes, and to provide you with updates and promotional materials.
• First Name and Last Name: We collect your first and last name for account creation, personalization of services, and communication.
• Phone Number: We collect your phone number for account registration, authentication, communication, and to connect you with drivers.
• SOS Services: We collect information to provide SOS functionality for emergency situations during rides.

For Users Booking Rides:

• Ride History: We collect and store information about the rides you book/accept, including pick-up and drop-off locations, ride duration, and fare details.
• Payment Information: We may collect payment information to facilitate transactions for ride bookings.
• Location Tracking: We continuously track and store your location information while you are on a ride as part of our safety measure to keep you safe.

For Riders Providing the Service:

• Ride History: We collect and store information about the rides you book/accept, including pick-up and drop-off locations, ride duration, and fare details.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Information: We collect and store information about your driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Location Tracking: We continuously track and store your location information while you are logged in and available to accept rides to connect you with nearby users.
• Ride Details: We collect information about the rides you complete, including pick-up and drop-off locations, ride duration, and fare details.
• Payment Information: We may collect payment information to facilitate transactions for ride bookings.

For Vendors, Hospitals, and Hotels Using the Dashboard:

• Vendor and Location Details: We collect information about your business, including address, contact details, and location on the map for display in the application.
• Service Information: We collect information about the services you provide, including availability, service types, and pricing.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your device settings.

3. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

For Users Booking Rides:

• Ride History and Payment Information: Retained to comply with legal obligations and for transaction records.

For Riders Providing the Service:

• Driver's License and Vehicle Information: Retained to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Location Tracking and Ride Details: Retained for operational records and compliance with legal obligations.

For Vendors, Hospitals, and Hotels Using the Dashboard:

• With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to facilitate the booking and payment processes.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

5. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. For Riders Providing the Service

• With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to facilitate ride matching and compliance verification.
• With other users: When You provide rides, certain information such as your first name, vehicle details, and location may be shared with users booking rides.

Other Legal Requirements

The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation
• Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
• Protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public
