Welcome to Cabocab, an online cab booking platform created by Raavanguard Private Limited. By accessing or using the Cabocab platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Cabocab platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms, guidelines, or rules that are posted on the platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the Cabocab website, mobile applications, and any other related services provided by Raavanguard.
• User: Refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Cabocab platform to book a cab.
• Driver: Refers to the individual operating the cab that is booked through the Cabocab platform.
• Service: Refers to the cab booking service provided by Cabocab.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Cabocab platform.
• Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and using the platform.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords.
• Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Users must respect the drivers and not be abusive.
• Users must not be intoxicated and should be of sound mind while using the service.

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Users agree to pay the fare as displayed on the platform at the time of booking, including any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.
• Customers agree to pay the fare directly to the driver via the driver’s UPI ID or cash.
• Cabocab reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its sole discretion.

5. Driver and Vehicle Standards

• Raavanguard endeavors to ensure that all drivers and vehicles meet certain quality and safety standards.
• However, Raavanguard does not guarantee the condition, suitability, or safety of any vehicle or driver.
• Users are encouraged to report any issues or concerns regarding a driver or vehicle to Raavanguard.

6. Liability

Cabocab is a platform that connects users with drivers and is not responsible for the actual transportation service provided by the driver. Raavanguard shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of the platform or the transportation service, except as required by law.

7. Privacy

Raavanguard collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the platform, users consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Raavanguard reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous

Cabocab reserves the right to suspend the account and not provide service if the user does not abide by the “User Responsibilities.” Upon dispute, an investigation will be opened, and the outcome of the investigation will be abided by both parties.
